A pool/spa expert performs a
detailed visual inspection of
the pool/spa and attached
equipment. You will receive a report
indicating any problems and their cost to cure. How to
contact us for more information or to order an
inspection
There are two levels of inspection
you can order: At your request, a home inspector
can perform a visual inspection of the well head and
equipment. The water will be run for
30 minutes from several faucets
simultaneously to determine the
approximate flow rate of the interior
plumbing. You will receive a report
summarizing his observations. If the flow rate at interior
faucets is less than 3 gallons
per minute, we recommend that a
licensed well expert analyze the
system to determine the problem and cure. A well expert performs a visual
inspection of the well head and
equipment. If you are applying for a conventional
loan/mortgage, the water needs to be run from
the well head for approximately 30 to
60 minutes. When there is a request for a FHA
well certification, the water needs to
be run for 4 to 5 hours continuously
to determine the well yield and the
recovery rate. You will receive a report
summarizing the well expert's observations. If there are any
problems, the report will include their cost to
cure. How to

inspection
There are two levels of inspection
you can order: During this inspection a licensed
home inspector runs water from several faucets in the house
for approximately 30 minutes. He also inserts dye into a
stool. This process is called "stress test." You will receive a report with the
inspector's observations and recommendations. Note: For this type of
inspection the septic tank or cesspool is not opened. Being
a visual inspection only, it does not provide an in-depth
analysis of the condition of the system. During this inspection a licensed
private waste disposal expert opens the septic tank/cesspool
and observes the waste level inside and the interior
tank conditions. Following that, the
system is pumped. The inspector then performs
a walkover inspection of the yard
where the drainage field is likely
located. You will receive a report detailing
the condition of the system. If the system is
damaged or failed, the report also
includes the cost to repair or replace. How to
contact us for more information or to order an
inspection
There are two levels of inspections available to you: A home inspector performs a visual inspection of the
system in operation. The system is turned on manually. The
timing device is not within the scope of this
inspection. Your report will include the inspector's observations as
well as the cost to repair any problems. In case of a
serious malfunction, we recommend a licensed irrigation
specialist. The expert performs a complete evaluation of the system
in operation, including the timer. You will get a comprehensive report including, if
applicable, the cost to cure any problems. How to
contact us for more information or to order an
inspection
